Brian Hayes Plumbing Inc., also know as Hayes Plumbing & Bathroom Renovations has implemented a helpful text messaging system.  This system sends SMS messages to keep customers informed about their service technicians. When a technician is on the way, customers will receive a text alerting them that the technician is enroute now.  This feature allows customers to better plan their time and ensures they are prepared for the technician’s arrival.  Overall, this service aims to improve communications and enhance customer satisfaction.  You may receive a text message to confirm your appointment, inform you about a follow-up appointment or to notify you that the job has been completed.  These SMS messages will be sent through an automated system, but some may also be sent by a person.  For each appointment, message frequency may vary up to three messages.  This system helps ensure that you stay updated and informed about your appointments.  If you require HELP or assistance, please contact us at 905-576-3043 or info@hayesplumbing.ca.  If you receive text messages from Hayes Plumbing, please be aware that data and message rates may apply.  You have the option to stop these messages at any time.  To do so simply reply “STOP” to the messages you received.  Alternatively, you can send an email to info@hayesplumbing.ca, in your email please include your name, address, phone number and clearly state that you want to “OPT OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES.
