This system sends SMS messages to keep customers informed about their service technicians. When a technician is on the way, customers will receive a text alerting them that the technician is en route now. This feature allows customers to better plan their time and ensures they are prepared for the technician's arrival. Overall, this service aims to improve communications and enhance customer satisfaction.

You may receive a text message to confirm your appointment, inform you about a follow-up appointment or to notify you that the job has been completed. These SMS messages will be sent through an automated system, but some may also be sent by a person. For each appointment, message frequency may vary up to three messages. This system helps ensure that you stay updated and informed about your appointments.
